You will manage reservations/events, greet guests, answer calls, and assist service staff with setup and clearing. Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol.
• Create a hospitable environment for guests and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations and wait lists to set guest expectations.
• Monitor the reservation system using OpenTable.
• Answer the restaurant phone and provide friendly service.
• Greet and seat guests at their table with hospitality.
• Assist guests with reservations and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support service staff by clearing dishes and setting tables.
