Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a Host to greet members and guests, manage reservations, and coordinate dining room flow with the service staff. The role requires professional presentation, excellent guest relations, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities include escorting guests, taking reservations, communicating preferences, and supporting event setups while upholding club standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating for efficient flow.
• Escort guests to tables and communicate information to staff.
• Coordinate seating across dining rooms, patios, lounges, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and waiting areas.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Communicate guest preferences and notes to servers and management.
• Support setup for dining areas and special events.
• Uphold club policies, sanitation standards, and safety guidelines.
