You will support presentation setup, provide resort information, and maintain guest records in the CRM, ensuring a smooth guest journey while adhering to DRE compliance rules. The role offers a pathway into a licensed Real Estate Sales role and includes extensive onboarding and compliance training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain California Real Estate License within six months of hire (pre-licensing education provided).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with a warm, professional hospitality-focused experience.
• Verify guest identities and confirm scheduled presentation appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the CRM and coordinate handoffs to licensed Real Estate Agents.
• Prepare presentation areas with audio/visual equipment and materials.
• Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Complete administrative tasks and compliance training as required.
