This role bridges to the licensed Real Estate Sales team and complies with California DRE regulations by staying non-sales in scope. You will verify identities, manage CRM records, prepare presentation spaces, and support daily operations while pursuing a California Real Estate License with company help.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a California Real Estate License within six months of hire; pre-licensing education provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with a warm, professional, hospitality-focused experience.
• Verify guest identities and confirm scheduled presentation appointments.
• Prepare presentation areas, including audio/visual equipment and materials.
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents for scheduled presentations.
• Complete administrative tasks, required documentation, compliance training, and team meetings.
• Support daily operations and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
