Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with a warm, professional, hospitality-focused experience.
• Verify guest identities and confirm scheduled presentation appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate a seamless handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents for scheduled presentations.
• Complete administrative tasks, required documentation, and compliance training.
