Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in San Francisco seeks a Tour Guide to warmly welcome guests and owners, manage check-ins, and coordinate with licensed Real Estate Agents for presentations, while adhering to DRE non-sales regulations.

You will prepare presentation spaces, maintain CRM records, and support daily operations. A California Real Estate license is pursued post-hire with the company providing pre-licensing education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain California Real Estate License within six months of hire with company support.
• Customer service or guest-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners with a warm, professional experience.
• Verify guest identities and confirm scheduled presentation appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the CRM system.
• Prepare presentation areas and materials, including A/V equipment.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents for presentations.
• Complete administrative tasks and attend compliance trainings.
