Responsibilities

• Assist guests in making reservations and seating using OpenTable.
• Assist servers with table assignments based on reservation size and availability.
• Answer questions about hours, menu items, and other guest requests.
• Seat guests and provide menus, silverware, high chairs, etc.
• Answer calls within 3 rings in a friendly manner.
• Multitask between arrivals, calls, and coworker support.
• Manage OpenTable wait sheet and operate pager system.
• Learn servers' names and rotate seating by shift.
• Predict and communicate wait times to guests.
