Job summary

Outdoorsy Hill Country is seeking a Guest Experience Host to welcome guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay at our luxury glamping property in Stonewall, Texas. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, delivering exceptional service and assisting with concierge requests.

The role is full-time, with weekend/holiday availability, day and evening shifts, and a benefits package including health, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and friendly demeanor across channels.
• Proficient with computer systems and POS software, able to resolve guest inquiries.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary guest contact and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
• Handle calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding reservations and questions.
• Coordinate and book private tours, tastings, and other experiences for guests.
