Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk in Arlington Heights is seeking a friendly Host to warmly greet Guests, assist with reservations and seating, and escort Guests to their table. You will educate Guests on Barrel Reserve wine and guest services.

Teamwork and excellent communication are essential to ensure a positive guest experience. Flexible schedules, employee benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must represent Cooper’s Hawk Values.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Answer guest phone calls/inquiries with professional and informed phone skills.
• Educate Guests on Barrel Reserve wine and escort to the table.
• Supervise dining room during service and adjust seating flow for great execution.
• Manage special seating requests and assist Servers as needed.
• Complete side work during non-busy hours.
• Maintain professional relationships with Managers and Team Members.
