Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage daily operations at our location. You will assist with seating, lane assignments, and basic bowling instructions, while ensuring a friendly, high-energy guest experience.

The role requires excellent phone etiquette, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle cash and POS transactions. Typical shifts include evenings and weekends in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and polite telephone etiquette.
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track seating/lanes.
• Allocate lanes, shoes, and other equipment as needed.
• Prepare for leagues and events.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash-control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log the issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
