Hawkers Asian Street Food in Dallas is seeking a Host to be the first friendly face welcoming guests and guiding them through the dining experience. You will manage the flow of the dining room, lead the host team, and ensure every guest feels valued and excited to return.

You will coordinate with servers, manage waitlists, and escort guests to tables while maintaining an organized host stand. This role emphasizes hospitality, communication, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting in Texas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability based on location’s business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, guest-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or guest-facing role is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude and add them to the waitlist as needed.
• Manage waitlists and seating to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of guests.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are settled comfortably.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and service areas.
• Coordinate with servers to manage guest flow and seating arrangements.
• Respond to guest questions about seating and wait times and communicate accurately.
