Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a service-oriented hospitality environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and developing teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to meet monthly/annual sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Uphold P&L integrity and track expenses and revenues.
• Ensure revenues are deposited into appropriate accounts and assets safeguarded.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and end-of-period tasks; lead shifts and EOD banking.
• Train and develop team members; participate in recruiting and onboarding.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and addressing issues.
