Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability based on location’s business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, guest-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Success in this role requires genuine hospitality, urgency, adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of the dining room and seating assignments to maintain service efficiency.
• Balance server sections and monitor waitlists, including VIP and special requests.
• Greet guests, add them to the waitlist, and communicate wait times effectively.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure they are settled comfortably.
• Maintain open communication with servers and leadership about guest flow and special needs.
• Address guest concerns quickly and professionally and manage overflow during peak times.
