Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Engage with guests; anticipate needs and respond to inquiries.
• Know menu, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate info.
• Handle complaints professionally or escalate to a manager.
• Assist with running food and delivering/refilling drinks.
• Guide guests to tables and present menus; manage to-go orders.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Refill drinks and clear plates during dining experience.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assist with requested items.
