Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Tulsa, OK. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and support bowling operations. This role requires friendly service, basic cash handling, and operating POS systems.

Evening and night shifts are available; you will work in a typical entertainment venue with standing, walking, and light lifting. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (restaurant/hospitality experience optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and by phone.
• Manage the waitlist and lane assignments.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system and related tech.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
