Dave & Buster’s is looking for a front desk/host who creates a welcoming first impression for Guests. You’ll assist with game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining, while keeping the front desk organized and stocked. Consistent, friendly service is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and host station with clean menus and supplies.
• Assist guests and escalate issues to the Manager as needed.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate bill calculations.
• Restock supplies and help manage wait times and seating fairness.
