Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly front desk host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through dining, gaming, and merchandise experiences. You will coordinate game rentals, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized Front Desk area.

Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with multiple Guests, speak English, and provide a positive, energetic atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Customer service experience is helpful for greeting and guiding Guests.
• Must read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through the dining and game experience.
• Handle transactions at the front desk and process to-go orders.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Front Desk and Host station.
