Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Host to warmly greet guests, manage game rentals, and guide them through dining and entertainment experiences. You will handle transactions, assist with merchandise and provide a welcoming first impression in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, able to communicate clearly in English, and possess basic cashier experience. Must be at least 16 years old; flexibility with shifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple Guests and maintain a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through dining, game rentals, and merchandise purchases.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front Desk and Host station and ensure supplies are stocked.
