Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome Guests and guide them through the dining, game rental and merchandise experience. You will be the first impression, ensuring strong communication and an upbeat environment.

The role involves assisting Guests with seating, handling transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Prior restaurant/retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.
Friendly and able to smile frequently.
Restaurant, retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple Guests and generate enthusiasm for D&B.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests warmly and guide them through the front desk, game rentals, merchandise sales and dining experiences.
Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone communications.
Process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciling of monies.
Maintain front desk and host area cleanliness and organization; restock menus, supplies and power cards as needed.
Monitor wait times, manage seating flow and communicate with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
