Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a friendly Front Desk Host to welcome Guests and guide them through game rentals, merchandise, and dining experiences. You will greet Guests, assist with seating, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized front desk and host area.

Applicants should be able to read and communicate in English, be at least 16 years old, and enjoy delivering a positive, energetic guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/retail/cashier roles preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to greet Guests and handle transactions with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and Host station.
• Assist guests with seating and manage wait times.
• Process transactions including to-go orders and payments.
• Stock supplies and ensure menus, silverware, and gift cards are available.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and upsell as appropriate.
