Job summary

Dave & Buster's in the United States is hiring a Front Desk Host to greet guests, guide them through game rentals, dining, and merchandise. You’ll deliver friendly service with a smile and help manage wait times and seating to keep the flow moving.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and free games. Prior cashier or retail experience is helpful, but not required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through rentals, merchandise and dining.
• Process transactions accurately at the front desk.
• Maintain front desk area, stock supplies and keep it clean.
• Coordinate seating flow and manage wait times for guests.
• Report issues to Manager and assist team as needed.
