Dave & Buster’s is seeking a front desk host to warmly welcome guests and guide them through dining, games and merchandise. You will coordinate game rentals, handle telephones, process transactions and keep the front desk stocked and organized.

We value friendly, energetic team players who can communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations to ensure a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone requests.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash or payment methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of front desk and host area.
