Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly front desk host to greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining, and merchandise. You’ll be the first impression, delivering great service in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused environment.

No two days are the same, and flexible schedules help you balance school or other jobs. Prior guest experience is nice but not required; English communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to guide Guests through game rentals, merchandise, and dining.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and manage front desk flow.
• Process transactions at the front desk.
• Assist Guests with game rentals and merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock at front desk.
• Coordinate wait times and seating as needed.
