Dave & Buster’s is looking for a friendly front desk host to welcome Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise experiences. You will help maintain the flow of guests and ensure a positive first impression.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a smile, teamwork, and the ability to handle transactions and inquiries. Prior restaurant, retail or cashier experience is preferred, but not required, and flexibility with schedules helps students and other jobs.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and direct them through game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences.
• Manage wait times, seating, and guest questions with a positive attitude.
• Process transactions and ensure accuracy of bills and belongings.
• Maintain front desk area stocked and clean, and assist team members as needed.
