Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative to greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a memorable first impression at the front desk of our Scottsdale properties. You will use strong communication and basic computer skills to assist guests from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check in.
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and assist as needed.
• Manage cash handling and report all variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guests' PII data using proper procedures.
• Retrieve IDs and payment forms during check-in/check-out.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
