Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier entertainment platform with numerous locations, is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant in Webster, NY. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring sales, and help with basic bowling instruction while coordinating with lanes and equipment.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting customers, and operating several systems. This role features evening/night shifts, weekend availability, and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is Optional.
• Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
