Job summary

Strong communication and friendly demeanor are essential. Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is helpful but not required. Must be at least 18 and able to work flexible shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hosting is beneficial.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience with cash handling or POS systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming front desk/host experience.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone duties.
• Assist guests with seating, wait times, and transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked front desk and host area; report issues to management.
