Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a front desk host to warmly greet Guests, guide them through dining, game rentals, and purchases. You’ll handle transactions, assist guests, and keep the front desk clean and stocked for a smooth flow during busy hours.

You’ll be at least 16 years old, with strong English communication and a friendly demeanor. Prior restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is a plus, but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Friendly, energetic demeanor with guests.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and guide them through dining, game rentals, and purchases.
• Manage front desk operations, merchandise sales, and phone inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash with honesty.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk area and restock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify Manager of any guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
