Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate lane and equipment assignments. You will ring up sales, assist with basic bowling instruction, and help ensure a smooth guest experience in a lively entertainment environment.

The role supports part-time, evening and weekend shifts with opportunities to engage customers and contribute to a fun, high-energy team. 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest service skills.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash controls.
• Comfort with using POS systems and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the counter with a friendly, inviting demeanor.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate with lanes, shoes and equipment.
• Ring up sales and follow cash-control procedures at the counter.
• Assist with basic bowling instruction and hospitality needs.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
