Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Florida is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and operate the POS system and central panel. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are required to keep our lanes running smoothly.

You'll be the first friendly face guests meet, ring sales at the counter, and assist with basic bowling instructions while following cash control procedures. This role offers perks like free bowling and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
