Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists, and assist with basic bowling instructions. This part-time role involves handling sales, logging equipment malfunctions, and operating the POS system in a lively entertainment venue.

Ideal applicants are 18+, with strong telephone etiquette and prior hospitality or school experience. Evening and night shifts are available at a single Florida location, with perks including

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience
Excellent telephone etiquette
Must meet state age requirement for alcohol service
Proven success in school/previous job experience

Responsibilities

Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
Manage the waitlist
Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
Prepare for leagues
Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
