Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Tampa is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle waitlists, explain basics of bowling, and ring up sales while maintaining cash controls and operating our POS system.

The role supports a lively entertainment venue with evening and night shifts, offering perks like bowling discounts and staff benefits. 18+ required to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify our mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
