Job summary

The Hub H20 is seeking an F&B Host to ensure smooth service of food and beverages across venues including food truck, bowling lanes, and coffee shop. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist with seating while maintaining cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities include handling payments, promoting daily specials, and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a positive guest experience. Must be 16+ and hold an approved Food Handler’s certificate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Valid IHS Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Excellent communication and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Takes orders from patrons for food and beverages at the Food Truck, bowling lanes, and coffee shop.
• Enters patrons’ orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Prepares hot or cold beverages at the coffee shop.
• Processes customer bills and collects payments from customers.
• Communicates with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
• Cleans tables or counters and maintains condiment and napkin stocks.
• Sets up dining areas and service stations for the next shift.
