You will greet guests, open doors, escort to tables, manage OpenTable reservations, and communicate wait times with professionalism while keeping a clean, inviting entryway.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and teamwork.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by bussing to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
