PENN Entertainment is seeking a hospitality professional to greet and seat guests, delivering a high level of guest service in a fine dining setting. You will maintain a polished appearance, knowledge of menu items, and be able to discuss wine pairings with guests to ensure a memorable experience.

The role requires strong hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and fluency in English. Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fine dining preferred.

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a high level of service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Have basic knowledge of menu, liquor and wine; present wine tableside.
• Greet, seat, handle reservations per department standards.
• Assist staff to ensure guest satisfaction and handle special requests.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Be prepared to answer questions about operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
