Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring Support Staff to join our team. We’re a lively, high-energy restaurant and bar, known for comfort food and guest-focused service. You’ll greet guests, seat parties, manage waitlists, and support the service team to ensure smooth dining experiences.

Compensation starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts the following morning. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision options, a 401(k) plan, and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Friendly, positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy shifts.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Seat guests efficiently and manage restaurant flow and waitlists.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and update guests.
• Coordinate seating to maximize dining room efficiency.
• Support transitions between host stand, dining room, and service teams.
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders.
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas during service.
• Monitor restroom cleanliness and guest-facing areas.
• Deliver food to guests and maintain presentation standards.
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.
• Assist teammates to maintain efficient operations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
