Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring experienced Bartenders to join our team. We are a lively full-service restaurant and bar offering comfort food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers with a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation.
• Fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service.
• Build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times.
• Complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
• Support team members and restaurant operations as needed.
• Additional duties assigned.
