Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring Support Staff to join our team. We’re a lively, high-energy restaurant and bar, known for comfort food and guest-focused service. You’ll greet guests, seat parties, manage waitlists, and support the service team to ensure smooth dining experiences.

Compensation starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts the following morning. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision options, a 401(k) plan, and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Support transitions between host stand, dining room, and service teams.
• Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders.
• Reset and maintain tables and dining areas during service.

• Communicate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.

Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule:

• Part-time position
• Weekday lunch availability is our biggest need
• Weekend availability is also preferred

Full-time Benefits:

Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

• Deliver food to guests accurately while maintaining presentation standards
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery
• Assist fellow team members to help maintain efficient restaurant operations
• Complete other duties as assigned
