Job summary

El Dorado Hotel + Kitchen is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and manage reservations on-site in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will be the first and last point of contact, ensuring a memorable dining experience while coordinating with the team for smooth service.

Applicants should be comfortable working weekends/holidays and possess strong people skills. Training is available for the right candidate in a boutique Sonoma setting under Mosaic Hotel Group.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Weekend and all holiday availability preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a courteous manner.
• Manage reservations and seating flow to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guest needs during dining, ensuring a positive experience.
• Bid guests farewell as they depart, leaving a lasting impression.
• Help prepare the dining area for service by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
