Seven Feathers in Canyonville, OR is seeking a front-of-house host to warmly welcome guests, seat them, and maintain a welcoming dining area. You will support the manager and help ensure smooth guest flow and a pleasant atmosphere in the Camas Room.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations, staying aware of daily specials and wine, and upholding cleanliness. Requires 1 year in hospitality, 18+, and valid Food Handler/ServSafe, OLCC, and Class I Gaming licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a restaurant or customer service.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Greets Resort guests entering and leaving the Camas Room and provides courteous service.
• Maintains the reservation book accurately and is knowledgeable on specials and wine.
• Keeps Camas Room clean and sanitized to high standards.
• In manager's absence, handles complaints to deliver superior guest service.
• Gives input to improve department processes.
