Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a friendly host to greet and seat Sports Bar guests, manage seating flow, and support servers and bartenders to ensure timely, quality service for Resort guests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, food handler or ServSafe certification, OLCC license where applicable, and the ability to work at least 16 years old. A neat appearance and strong customer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in guest service industry preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC license required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greets guest and escorts them to their tables, rotating seating evenly between all stations.
• Replenishes supply of napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes inside stations.
• Provides pleasant, courteous guest service and presents a neat and hospitable image.
• Acknowledges all guests at the door. Maintains a friendly warm atmosphere.
• Carries dishes from the Sports Bar to the dish area, wipes table tops and chairs with a damp cloth.

The Position:

Greets and seats Sports Bar guests, ensuring their satisfaction and generates repeat business. Directs the flow of activity in the Sports Bar. Assists the servers/bartenders by keeping tables clear of dishes, to ensure timely and quality service for Resort guests.
