Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a friendly, customer-focused server to greet guests, seat and assist them, and strive for exceptional dining experiences. You will manage flow in the dining room, support the restaurant team, and help ensure a smooth operation during busy periods.

Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area while delivering prompt, courteous service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent service approach when dealing with guests.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Current OLCC and Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Greets restaurant guests and escorts them to their tables, rotating seating evenly between all stations.
• Encourages repeat business and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintains supplies and equipment needed for dining room operations.
• Responds to guest calls regarding room service and takes orders.
• Maintains a constant watch on the dining room to ensure prompt and cordial service.
• Resolves or refers guest concerns to management as needed.
