Seven Feathers in Canyonville, Oregon seeks a hospitality-minded individual to assist the Kbar Steakhouse manager in guiding dining room operations. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests entering and leaving the Dining Area.

Responsibilities include maintaining reservations, knowing daily specials and wine list, and upholding sanitation standards while addressing guest concerns in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a restaurant or customer service setting.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.

Responsabilités

• Greets Resort guests entering and leaving the Camas Room and provides courteous guest service.
• Maintains the reservation book and is knowledgeable on daily specials and wine list.
• Upholds high standards of housekeeping and sanitation in the Camas Room.
• Handles guest concerns in the absence of the manager to ensure superior service.
• Offers constructive input to improve department processes.
