Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant host or concierge or related customer service role.
• Proficient with reservation and POS systems; MS Office basics.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly, manage waitlists and reservations.
• Maintain accurate seating and maximize dining room capacity.
• Communicate setup and special requests to the team for events and parties.
• Create a pleasant dining ambiance through lighting, music, and table placement.
• Provide information on store and restaurant events to guests.
• Assist with training opportunities for restaurant staff and support team.
