Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as restaurant host or hotel concierge is preferred.
• Proficiency with reservation and POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage waiting lists, and maximize seating capacity.
• Handle reservations and communicate special requests to the team.
• Provide a welcoming, professional dining room ambiance and assist staff as needed.
• Support guests with information about events and store offerings.
