Firestone Walker is seeking friendly hosts to welcome guests, seat them, and answer questions about menu items and beers. You will maintain a clean, organized host stand and restrooms, ensure smooth seating, and assist managers during busy periods.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, be 18+, and complete required certifications during onboarding. Weekend availability is expected, with employee discounts and benefits supporting team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher, 18+ required.
• Food Handlers Card within new hire training period.
• California Responsible Beverage Service certification within new hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the restaurant and seat them.
• Provide menus or inform them of the QR code scanner.
• Answer questions on food items, beers, or retail items.
• Thank guests and say goodbye as they leave.
• Maintain clean and fully stocked restrooms and host stand.
• Keep floors swept and areas organized and stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures and wear the proper uniform.
