North High Brewing is seeking a friendly and professional Host to create exceptional experiences for guests as they enter the restaurant. You will seat guests, manage reservations via OpenTable, and assist with phone inquiries in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates have prior host or server experience, are passenger-friendly, and enjoy craft beer and food. This role requires flexibility and a welcoming attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Previous host or serving experience preferred.
• Interest in learning about craft beer and food!

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean host stand and front entrance.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the building.
• Seat guests according to their reservation or availability of tables.
• Provide guests with appropriate menus, and articulate next steps.
• Answer the phone to take reservations, to-go orders and answer general questions.
• Follow other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.
