Firestone Walker, a California beer company based in Buellton, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will wash and stock tableware, operate the dishwashing machine, and help maintain a clean, organized dish area to support service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; 18 years or older.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Card within new-hire training period.
• Weekend availability required.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Keeps dish room and equipment clean and organized.
• Loads, runs, and unloads the dishwashing machine.
• Monitors water temperature for sanitary wash cycles.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Hauls dish room trash to dumpster at scheduled times.
• Supports Head Chef and kitchen staff as needed.
