Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Restaurant Host Cashier. The role requires delivering fast, friendly service to guests, greeting and seating patrons, and maintaining orderly dining and cashier areas.

You will assist wait staff, promote events, and help guests navigate the casino. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, read/write/speak English, and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
• Seat guests per rotation requirements and manage seating/reservation docs.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and cashiering areas; assist team as needed.
• Promote casino events and programs; guide guests to casino areas.
• Close out duties at end of shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
