Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver fast, attentive service to guests in a high-volume dining room. You’ll engage with patrons, take orders, and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience.

Requirements include 18+ years old, strong communication, ability to handle cash, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Training is provided, and the facility offers benefits from day one and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to guests and staff.
• Engage guests using polite conversation and the 10/5 rule when possible.
• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Keep dining area clean and organized; assist with host stand.
• Promote casino events and directions to casino areas.
• Thank guests and invite them back; encourage continued play.
